The soldering paste applied ensures the welding spots don’t fall off even under extreme weather and vibration conditions

Our Automated Potting Line ensures that the glue is evenly dispersed over the surface of each module and the cooling time of each module is intelligently controlled (around 4 hours)

Salt Spray Testing (24 - 72 hours) to check the anti-corrosion capacity through salt-fog test of PCB plate, hardware and structural parts

 

 

Modules Aging

 

72 hours aging process to ensure only flawless modules are being used

 

Whole Display Aging and Testing

 

Specific temperature level set to simulate typical operating and storage environment

 

Vibration Testing

 The vertical vibration test insures that our products are rugged enough to withstand severe transportation journeys.
